Standard pieces typically take 10–15 working days; fully custom orders may take 3–4 weeks. Timelines can vary based on material availability and order volume.
Sofas, beds and wooden furniture carry a 2-year structural frame warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water exposure, or normal wear of fabric/foam.
Since most pieces are custom-built to order, cancellations after production has started may be subject to a deduction covering materials and labour already committed.
Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery; report any transit damage within 24 hours.
